Ingredients
1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into uniform cubes
6 oz Smoked turkey deli meat, chopped into squares
0.5 cup Full-fat buttermilk ranch dressing
1 tbsp Ranch seasoning packet
4 slices Swiss cheese
0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Arrange the cubed chicken pieces in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and ranch seasoning packet.
Pour the ranch mixture evenly over the chicken, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
Layer the chopped smoked turkey squares over the ranch-coated chicken.
Place the Swiss cheese slices over the turkey layer.
Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Notes
You can substitute Provolone for Swiss cheese if preferred. For an extra crisp topping, lightly toast the breadcrumbs in a pan with a little butter before sprinkling over the cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
