Description

Indulge in these robust, protein-packed garlic butter steak bites, featuring tender sirloin cubes seared to a caramelized perfection. This easy-to-make, restaurant-quality meal pairs savory, garlic-infused beef with fluffy white rice, making it an ideal choice for busy weeknights. The aromatic butter glaze coats every morsel, creating a deeply satisfying dish that is as convenient as it is delicious.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lbs Sirloin Steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
5 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 cups White rice, cooked
2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Slice the room-temperature steak into uniform one-inch cubes and pat them dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
Prepare the white rice according to package directions or using a rice cooker to ensure fluffy grains.
Heat the olive oil in a heavy-duty stainless steel or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the steak cubes in the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd, and sear for two minutes per side.
Lower the heat and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant.
Drizzle the soy sauce over the steak bites and baste the beef with the garlic-butter mixture.
Remove the skillet from the heat immediately and garnish with fresh parsley before serving over a bed of warm rice.

Notes

Ensure the steak is at room temperature before searing to achieve the best crust. Patting the meat dry is critical for a deep, caramelized sear. Do not overcrowd the pan, as this causes the meat to steam rather than sear.
