Ingredients
1.5 pounds Watermelon, cubed or ball-shaped
2 large Peaches, freshly sliced
1/4 cup Fresh Mint, coarsely chopped
1 Lime, for juice and wedges
1–2 tablespoons Honey, adjusted to taste
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
Cut watermelon into 1-inch cubes or use a melon baller
Halve peaches, twist to remove pits, then slice
Combine watermelon, peaches, and chopped mint in a bowl
Season with salt and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Add 1 tablespoon honey per serving and fresh lime juice
