  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (good quality)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare your vegetables and fruit: Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and dice the apples
  2. Whisk the zesty dressing by combining mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper
  3. Combine and toss all ingredients with the dressing
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to develop
