Ingredients

1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
4 cups Whole Milk
1 clove Garlic, minced

1 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
1 pound Pasta of your choice


Instructions

  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat

  6. Gradually whisk in warmed milk until smooth
  7. Simmer sauce for 5-7 minutes until thickened
  8. Stir in salt, pepper, and nutmeg
  9. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted
