- Step 4: Incorporate Butter by adding cubed butter and salt to the mixture, whisking until melted
- Step 5: Strain the Curd through a sieve into a bowl to ensure smoothness
- Step 6: Chill and Set by covering with plastic wrap and refrigerating for at least 4 hours
