Description

Creamy, no-bake Strawberry Truffles made with white chocolate, cream cheese, and crushed strawberries—perfect for gifting or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or vanilla cookie crumbs
  • Optional: melted dark chocolate, shredded coconut, or pink sugar sprinkles for coating

Instructions

1. Melt white chocolate and let cool slightly.

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in chocolate, strawberries, vanilla, and salt.

3. Add cookie crumbs and stir until the mixture forms a soft dough.

4. Chill for 20 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls.
