Ingredients
6 small flour tortillas
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped topping
15 golden Oreos, crushed
3 tbsp strawberry gelatin powder
3 tbsp melted butter
Fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush tortillas with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake over oven rack bars for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
2. Mix crushed Oreos, strawberry gelatin, and melted butter; bake for 5 minutes and cool.
3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped topping.
4. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into cooled taco shells.
5. Top with strawberry crunch, fresh strawberries, and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
Notes
Taco shells can be made ahead and stored for 3 days.
Use golden Oreos or vanilla wafers for crunch base.
