Description

These Strawberry Crunch Brownies deliver a perfect symphony of dense, chocolatey brownies topped with creamy strawberry frosting and a crunchy strawberry topping. They combine fudgy richness with a bright, joyful twist.


Ingredients

2 cups Granulated Sugar
4 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
34 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
¼ cup Heavy Cream or Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ teaspoon Strawberry Extract (optional)
2 tablespoons Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder
1 ½ cups Vanilla Wafers, crushed
½ cup Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Unsalted Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Freeze-Dried Strawberry Powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until glossy and combined
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, then pour into the prepared pa
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs
  7. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack
  8. For the crunch topping, crush the vanilla wafers and combine with sugar, melted butter, and strawberry powder, then bake until golde
  9. For the frosting, beat softened butter until light, then gradually add powdered sugar and mix in cream, extracts, and strawberry powder
  10. After the brownies are completely cool, frost with the strawberry buttercream and top with the strawberry crunch
  11. Chill and then cut into squares to serve
