Ingredients

1 cup (90g) old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
2 ounces (56g) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons (30ml) maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60g) fresh strawberries, diced
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl or a jar, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and salt until well mixed
  2. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth
