Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
  2. In a large mixing bowl, crack the two large eggs. Add the neutral oil and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined and slightly frothy
  3. Pour the entire box of strawberry cake mix into the bowl with the wet ingredients
  4. Mix the ingredients with a rubber spatula or sturdy spoon until a soft, sticky dough forms. Fold in any add-ins if using
  5. For best results, chill the dough for 15-30 minutes
  6. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, and optionally coat in powdered sugar
  7. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart
  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until edges are just set and centers look soft
