Ingredients

Scale

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup harissa paste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumi
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels
  2. In a medium bowl, combine harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; whisk to combine
  3. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear
  7. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges

Notes
