Description

S'mores Rice Krispie Treats combine the classic flavors of s'mores with a no-bake, quick, and easy treat. These delightful squares are made with crispy rice cereal, melted marshmallows, rich chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs, providing a nostalgic taste without the need for a campfire.

4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 bag (10-ounce) Mini Marshmallows
½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ cup Extra Mini Marshmallows (optional)
Non-stick Cooking Spray


Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with non-stick cooking spray
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth; remove from heat and stir in vanilla
  4. Incorporate crispy rice cereal and mix until evenly coated
  5. Fold in chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and extra marshmallows if using
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press gently to even it out
  7. Cool at room temperature for 1-2 hours, then cut into squares

Notes
