Description
These homemade smores Crumbl cookies are thick, gooey, and packed with graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow flavor. They’re the perfect copycat dessert for cookie lovers.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (softened or browned)
½ cup light brown sugar
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup crushed graham crackers
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk chocolate chips
8–10 large marshmallows (halved)
¼ cup melted chocolate (for drizzle)
1 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp crushed graham crackers (mixed, for topping)
Instructions
1. Brown the butter (optional) and let it cool for 10 minutes.
2. Mix the butter with both sugars until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla; stir to combine.
4. In another bowl, whisk flour, graham crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
5. Combine dry with wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
6. Scoop dough into 8 large balls and place on baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350°F for 10–11 minutes until just set.
8. Immediately press marshmallow halves onto cookies.
9. Broil for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
10. Drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle graham topping before serving.
Notes
Let cookies cool slightly before adding drizzle so it doesn’t melt off. Use parchment paper to avoid sticking. Store extras in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
