2 (5-ounce) cans Albacore tuna in water, drained well
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 Celery stalks, finely diced
1/4 cup Red onion, very finely minced
2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
