Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 large egg, whisked
Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt, and whisk together
- Create a well in the center and add the Greek yogurt
- Mix until a shaggy dough forms
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel
- Brush each bagel with egg wash and sprinkle with desired toppings
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brow
- Cool on a wire rack before serving
