½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon for Crumb Topping
¼ teaspoon Salt for Crumb Topping
½ cup Cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes for Crumb Topping


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Pie Crust – Whisk together flour and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly; add ice water until dough forms; chill for 30 mins
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Peach Filling – Peel and slice peaches, mix with sugars, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Crumb Topping – Mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt; add cold butter and mix until crumbly
