Description

A delightful and easy no-bake Oreo Tiramisu that combines the rich, creamy texture of classic tiramisu with the delicious crunch of Oreo cookies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

36 cookies Oreo
1 ½ cups Coffee brewed, cooled
1 ½ pounds Mascarpone cheese, softened
2 cups Heavy whipping cream, very cold
¾ cup Powdered sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder, unsweetened


Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool completely
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form
  3. In another bowl, whisk the mascarpone cheese until smooth
  4. Gently fold a third of the whipped cream into the mascarpone and then fold in the remaining whipped cream
  5. Dip the Oreos in the cooled coffee for 1-2 seconds on each side
  6. Layer the dipped Oreos in a 9×13 inch baking dish
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the Oreos
  8. Repeat the layer of dipped Oreos and top with the remaining mascarpone mixture
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight
  10. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving

Notes

Make sure to use strong, cooled coffee for best flavor.

Chill time is essential for the dessert to set properly.
