A cozy, creamy garlic pasta made in one pot with pantry ingredients—quick, easy, and family-friendly for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup cream (optional)
  • 2 tbsp parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Melt butter in pot and sauté garlic until fragrant.

2. Add broth, milk, pasta, salt, and pepper; bring to boil.

3. Reduce heat and simmer 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.

4. Stir in Parmesan and cream until creamy.

5. Garnish with parsley and serve.
