These Mini Deep Dish Crescent Roll Pizzas combine the ease of crescent rolls with the satisfying depth of a deep-dish pizza, making them perfect for quick dinners or snacks.
Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup desired toppings, finely diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Lightly grease a standard 12-cup muffin ti
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into 12 equal squares
- Press one piece of dough into each muffin cup to form a crust
- In a small bowl, stir together pizza sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano
- Spoon about one tablespoon of the sauce into the bottom of each crust
- Add one tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
- Layer with desired toppings evenly among the cups
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before removing
