Description

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is an easy baked chicken breast recipe that’s tender, juicy, and packed with creamy Parmesan flavor. This family-friendly dinner takes just 30 minutes and delivers incredible results every time.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them evenly in the prepared dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

6. For a golden top, broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.

7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter, tangier version.

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Always pat chicken dry before adding the topping to help it adhere better.

Freshly grated Parmesan melts smoother and gives a richer flavor.
