Description

Marshmallow Rice Bubbles Halloween Brains are spooky, fun Rice Krispies treats shaped like brains and drizzled with red syrup. Perfect for Halloween parties!


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Bubbles (or Rice Krispies)
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red food coloring
  • Optional: red decorator’s gel or strawberry syrup

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a large saucepan.

2. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.

3. Stir in vanilla extract and red food coloring.

4. Add Rice Bubbles and mix until coated.

5. Shape into brain-sized ovals with greased hands.

6. Press grooves into shapes to mimic brain folds.

7. Drizzle with red decorator’s gel before serving.
