- 3 egg whites

- Buttercream filling:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Sift almond flour and sugar twice.
2. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks.
3. Fold in dry ingredients until batter flows like lava.
4. Pipe onto lined tray, rest 30–60 min.
5. Bake 14–16 min at 300°F.
6. Cool completely, fill with buttercream, and refrigerate overnight.
