2 cups Whole milk, warmed
1 teaspoon Dry mustard powder
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Pinch of salt
1 ½ cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
8 large flour tortillas
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (for layering)
2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drai
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk with flour to create a roux, then gradually add warmed milk and stir until thickened
  3. Add mustard powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt, then mix in shredded cheese until melted
  4. Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well coated
  5. Heat a pan, add tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, spoon in mac and cheese, fold, and cook until golden brown on both sides
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauces
