A luxurious Lobster Crab Shrimp Mac And Cheese that combines creamy cheese sauce with fresh seafood for an unforgettable dining experience.


Ingredients

1 pound Elbow macaroni
6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
1/2 cup All-purpose flour
4 cups Whole milk
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups Shredded Gruyère cheese
1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 pound Cooked lobster meat
1 pound Cooked crab meat
1 pound Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the pasta by boiling it in salted water until al dente, then drai
  2. Sauté the shrimp in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until pink, then remove and set aside
  3. Make the béchamel sauce by melting butter and whisking in flour, then gradually adding warm milk and seasonings
  4. Melt in the cheeses until smooth and creamy
  5. Combine the cooked pasta and seafood with the cheese sauce
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and transfer mixture to a greased baking dish
  7. Top with cheese and Panko breadcrumbs if desired, then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brow
  8. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley
