8 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 piece Fresh lemon, half for juice and half for slicing (for garnish)
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken, then sprinkle the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper onto the thighs

  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
