Ingredients

1 cup Butter
½ cup Granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Zest
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

2 cups All-Purpose Flour
½ cup Cornstarch
¼ teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
Powdered Sugar for Dusting


Instructions

  1. Cream Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy

  8. Arrange on Baking Sheets and Bake for 12-14 minutes
