2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
45 cloves Garlic, minced
1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice (from 12 lemons)
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
½ teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  1. Melt the Unsalted Butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  2. Sauté the minced Garlic in the melted butter for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
  3. Pour in the Heavy Cream and stir well, bringing it to a gentle simmer
  4. Let the cream simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in the Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Salt, and Black Pepper
  6. Optionally, stir in chopped Fresh Parsley before serving
