Ingredients
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
4–5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice (from 1–2 lemons)
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
½ teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Melt the Unsalted Butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- Sauté the minced Garlic in the melted butter for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
- Pour in the Heavy Cream and stir well, bringing it to a gentle simmer
- Let the cream simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly thickened
