Ingredients
1 ½ cups Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Unsalted butter, melted
4 large Egg yolks
1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14-ounce)
½ cup Fresh Key lime juice
2 teaspoons Key lime zest
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
- Step 2: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar, then add melted butter and mix until moistened
- Step 3: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golde
- Step 4: In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks until frothy, then add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and zest, mixing until smooth
- Step 5: Pour the filling over the partially baked crust and bake for 15-20 minutes until just set
- Step 6: Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours before slicing
