This creamy Keto Cheeseburger Soup combines ground beef, cheese, and bacon for a satisfying, low-carb meal that tastes like your favorite diner burger in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
2. Brown ground beef in the same pot until no longer pink.
3. Add onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in beef broth and cream cheese, simmer until smooth.
5. Add cheddar cheese and cream, stirring until melted.
6. Return bacon, simmer 5 minutes, and serve.
