Description
A moist, fluffy tropical dessert made with cake mix, pudding, and pineapple for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz, undrained)
- 1 container whipped topping (8 oz)
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 pan.
2. Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, and pineapple with juice.
3. Beat for 2 minutes until smooth.
4. Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes.
5. Cool completely before topping.
6. Whisk pudding with milk until thickened.
7. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled cake.
8. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Add coconut, cherries, or nuts for a tropical twist.
Store refrigerated for up to 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
