This creamy, tangy Yum Yum Sauce is the ultimate homemade shrimp and seafood dip that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1–2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of cayenne or hot sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and melted butter until smooth.
2. Add vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, sugar, and onion powder and mix well.
3. Adjust seasoning with salt and optional hot sauce.
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
