Description

Heart Shaped Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies are a delightful combination of fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and vibrant raspberry swirls, presented in a charming heart shape.

1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Large Egg Yolk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper
  2. In a saucepan, cook raspberries, 1 tablespoon sugar, and lemon juice over medium-low heat until thickened, then let cool
  3. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth
  5. Layer brownie batter in pan, dollop cheesecake batter, and swirl with raspberry mixture
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set. Let cool, then cut into hearts

Notes

Ensure the raspberry sauce is fully cooled before adding to avoid mixing.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting for clean edges.
