Ingredients
1 tube (8-ounce) refrigerated crescent roll dough
6 slices deli ham (thinly sliced)
6 slices cheese (such as cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
1 egg (beaten, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles
- Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle if using, then place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each triangle
- Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and press the edges to seal
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet
- Brush the tops with melted butter or egg wash
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted
- Let cool slightly before serving warm
