Description

These Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups are a quick and delicious meal made with flaky crescent roll dough, savory deli ham, and gooey cheese. Perfect for busy weeknights or as a comforting brunch dish.

1 tube (8-ounce) refrigerated crescent roll dough
6 slices deli ham (thinly sliced)
6 slices cheese (such as cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
1 egg (beaten, optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles
  3. Spread a layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle if using, then place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on each triangle
  4. Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and press the edges to seal
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter or egg wash
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted
  8. Let cool slightly before serving warm
