Description
Halloween Cakesicles are chocolate-covered cake pops shaped like popsicles and decorated with spooky designs like pumpkins, mummies, and monsters.
Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix (any flavor, baked and cooled)
- ½ cup frosting (cream cheese, buttercream, or chocolate)
- 2 cups candy melts (white, dark, or orange)
- 18 popsicle sticks
- Halloween sprinkles, candy eyes, edible glitter, red or black gel icing
Instructions
1. Bake cake and cool completely.
2. Crumble cake into fine crumbs.
3. Mix cake crumbs with frosting until moldable.
4. Press mixture into cakesicle molds and insert sticks.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes.
6. Dip cakesicles into melted candy melts.
7. Decorate with Halloween sprinkles, candy eyes, or icing.
8. Serve immediately or wrap for gifting.
Notes
Use silicone molds for best results.
Thin candy melts with coconut oil if too thick.
Store in fridge up to 7 days or freeze undecorated for 2 months.
