3 tablespoons Olive oil
4–5 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Step 2: Wash and pat the broccoli dry. Cut into bite-sized florets
- Step 3: In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Step 4: Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 10-12 minutes
- Step 5: Remove from the oven, add garlic and Parmesan, and toss to combine
- Step 6: Return to the oven and roast for an additional 8-10 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp and golde
- Step 7: Serve hot
