10 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves, chopped
1 Lemon, cut into wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Steak. Pat the steak dry and season with salt and black pepper
  2. Step 2: Sear the Steak. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak until brown and cooked to desired doneness
  3. Step 3: Prepare the Shrimp. Pat shrimp dry and season with remaining salt and pepper
  4. Step 4: Cook the Shrimp. Sauté shrimp in the skillet until pink and opaque, then set aside
  5. Step 5: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce. Add butter, garlic, and thyme to skillet, sauté until fragrant
  6. Step 6: Combine and Serve. Return steak and shrimp to skillet, toss in garlic butter, serve immediately with lemon wedges
