Description
Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are fluffy dough pockets filled with molten cheese and coated in a garlic butter glaze, making them the perfect savory snack.
Ingredients
1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 equal cubes
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish
- Melt the butter and add garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix and set aside
- Separate the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit, and place cheese in the center
- Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch edges to seal. Roll into balls
- Dip each ball in garlic butter mixture and arrange in the baking dish
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brow
- Serve warm
