Description

Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are fluffy dough pockets filled with molten cheese and coated in a garlic butter glaze, making them the perfect savory snack.


Ingredients

Scale

1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 equal cubes
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish
  2. Melt the butter and add garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix and set aside
  3. Separate the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit, and place cheese in the center
  4. Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch edges to seal. Roll into balls
  5. Dip each ball in garlic butter mixture and arrange in the baking dish
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brow
  8. Serve warm
