Description

Ingredients

1 loaf Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
8 ounces Brie Cheese, rind on, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Fresh Cranberries
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Pinch of Sea Salt
Optional: Orange Zest for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your pan with butter or cooking spray and parchment paper
  2. Roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle and cut into roughly 1-inch squares. Toss with melted butter, brown sugar, rosemary, and salt
  3. Layer one third of the dough squares in the prepared pan, followed by one third of the brie, cranberries, and nuts. Repeat until all are layered
  4. Cover loosely and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 30-45 minutes
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Optionally tent with foil if browning too quickly
  6. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with orange zest if desired

Notes

Ensure brie is at room temperature for easier melting.

Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain softness.
