Ingredients
1 loaf Frozen Bread Dough, thawed
8 ounces Brie Cheese, rind on, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Fresh Cranberries
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
Pinch of Sea Salt
Optional: Orange Zest for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your pan with butter or cooking spray and parchment paper
- Roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle and cut into roughly 1-inch squares. Toss with melted butter, brown sugar, rosemary, and salt
- Layer one third of the dough squares in the prepared pan, followed by one third of the brie, cranberries, and nuts. Repeat until all are layered
- Cover loosely and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 30-45 minutes
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Optionally tent with foil if browning too quickly
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with orange zest if desired
Notes
Ensure brie is at room temperature for easier melting.
Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain softness.
