½ cup Prepared Pesto
½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 large Egg, beate
Pinch of Dried Oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet
- Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle and press seams together
- Spread pesto over the dough, leaving a small border
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the pesto
- Roll the dough tightly into a log
- Slice the log into 12 equal pinwheels
- Place pinwheels on the baking sheet cut-side up, spacing them out
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano if desired
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brow
- Cool slightly before serving
