1 cup Whole Milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners
- Combine cake mix and cocoa powder in a large bowl
- Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clea
