Easy Alfredo Chicken Lasagna is a creamy, cheesy casserole layered with juicy shredded chicken and savory Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups baby spinach (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo in the dish.
4. Layer 4 noodles, 1/3 of ricotta, chicken, spinach, 3/4 cup Alfredo, mozzarella, Parmesan.
5. Repeat for 3 layers, ending with sauce and cheese.
6. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
7. Rest 10 minutes, garnish, and serve warm.
Notes
Let lasagna rest before slicing so layers set.
Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to keep them moist.
Freeze before or after baking for meal prep.
Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep and bold flavor.
Customize with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes if desired.
