Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd or whipped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Olive oil spray (optional)
- Optional add-ins:
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Dried herbs or ranch mix
- Nutritional yeast for cheesy flavor
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 350°F (175°C); line a tray with parchment.
2. Drain cottage cheese well using a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
3. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Stir in salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings of choice.
5. Spoon 1-tbsp portions onto tray; spread thin circles 2 inches wide.
6. Bake 25–30 min (or air fry 10–12 min) until golden and crisp.
7. Cool fully before removing for maximum crunch.
8. Store airtight at room temperature 2 days or refrigerated up to 5 days.
Notes
For crispier chips, blend and drain thoroughly before baking.
