Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6–8 ounces each), sliced horizontally into cutlets

2 large eggs, beate

- Set Up Breading Stations: In three shallow dishes, combine the flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in the first dish. Beat the eggs in the second dish. In the third dish, add the plain breadcrumbs
- Bread the Chicken: Dredge each chicken cutlet in the seasoned flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then press into the breadcrumbs. Repeat for all cutlets
