Ingredients
Crispy Chicken
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (butterflied or pounded thin)

- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Caesar Salad
- 10 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice or red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Assembly
- 4–6 brioche buns or ciabatta rolls, toasted
- Extra Caesar dressing for spreading
- Shaved Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil for frying.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat with panko and Parmesan mixture.
3. Fry chicken pieces 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
4. In a bowl, whisk garlic, yogurt (or mayo), Parmesan, Dijon, lemon juice, anchovy paste, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make Caesar dressing.
5. Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing.
6. Toast buns until lightly crisp.
7. Assemble the sandwich by spreading extra dressing on buns, layering fried chicken, dressed romaine, and shaved Parmesan.
8. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
