Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk or water
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions
1. Cut zucchini into fry-sized sticks and pat dry with paper towels.
2. Set up dredging bowls: flour, egg wash, and panko-Parmesan mixture with seasonings.
3. Coat each zucchini stick: flour → egg → breadcrumbs. Press lightly so coating sticks.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange fries in a single layer, spray lightly with oil.
5. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
6. Serve hot with ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
Notes
Pat zucchini dry to ensure crispiness.
