Description

Tender chicken slow-cooked in creamy ranch sauce. Cozy, rich, and perfect for busy nights—just dump, set, and forget!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 4 bacon slices (crumbled), parsley

Instructions

1. Lightly spray slow cooker; place chicken in bottom.

2. Whisk ranch mix, cream soup, sour cream, cream cheese, broth, and spices.

3. Pour mixture over chicken; cover.

4. Cook on LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.

5. Shred chicken, stir back into sauce.

6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles; garnish with bacon and parsley.

Notes

Use chicken tenderloins for faster, juicier results.

Add diced potatoes or carrots under the chicken for a full meal.

Store leftovers up to 4 days refrigerated or freeze 3 months.
