Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenderloins
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 4 bacon slices (crumbled), parsley
Instructions
1. Lightly spray slow cooker; place chicken in bottom.
2. Whisk ranch mix, cream soup, sour cream, cream cheese, broth, and spices.
3. Pour mixture over chicken; cover.
4. Cook on LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
5. Shred chicken, stir back into sauce.
6. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles; garnish with bacon and parsley.
Notes
Use chicken tenderloins for faster, juicier results.
Add diced potatoes or carrots under the chicken for a full meal.
Store leftovers up to 4 days refrigerated or freeze 3 months.
