1 large English cucumber
2 cups (500g) full-fat plain Greek yogurt
2–3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Fresh dill
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Sea salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the English cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the strained cucumber with Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
- Fold the ingredients together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving

Chill for a few hours for best flavor. Adjust garlic according to taste.
