  • 8 oz lasagna noodles (broken into bite pieces)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
