Ingredients
1 cup blended cottage cheese
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg (for brushing)
Toppings: everything seasoning, sesame seeds, shredded cheese
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Mix cottage cheese and flour until dough forms.
3. Knead and divide into 4 pieces.
4. Shape each into a bagel ring.
5. Brush tops with egg and add toppings.
6. Bake at 375°F for 22–25 minutes or air-fry at 330°F for 10–12 minutes.
7. Cool and serve.
